Our goal is to assure and enhance the integrity of the people, processes, and assets of the stakeholders of Nash Finch Company. We believe that the Company's viability and integrity depend on the protection of our critical assets, including our people, physical assets, and information. We also believe that our communication, internal controls, and processes must constantly adapt to the changing needs and objectives of the Company, as well as to adapt to the changing marketplace.
To reach this goal, we must assure the integrity of the the people, the processes and the assets as necessary and enhance them when possible. A part of that process is to provide avenues which allow individuals to report any conduct or process with ethics and compliance concerns.
Nash Finch has an open door policy which encourages individuals to report to their supervisor or company contact any conduct or process with ethics and compliance concerns. In addition, Nash Finch Company has partnered with EthicsPoint to provide an Ethics and Compliance Hotline and an Internet-based reporting system. It allows confidential reporting and allows anonymous reporting for those who do not wish to reveal their identity. We welcome your participation and support of our reporting programs.
